The cell phone mirror shot in any form anywhere is fucking gay. But my phone does go with me to the gym, only place I don't carry it is to take a shower, and that is just because it isn't waterproof.
Most of the bulky people I see at the gym are still out of shape. I see people who are absolutely BEEFCAKE! and yet when they do cardio, they turn strawberry red faster than a 2 pack a day smoker.
I changed my routine this earlier this month and I'm glad I did, not that anyone will care to read but before it was
Day 1 and 4 (in between each exercise I do 20 crunches)
Cardio (15 minute warm up)
Bench Press (4 sets of 10)
Incline Press (4 sets of 10)
Cable Crossover (4 sets of 10)
Dumbbell Lateral Raise (4 sets of 10)
Dumbbell Front Raise (4 sets of 10)
Bar Military Press (4 sets of 10)
Shrug (4 sets of 10)
Cable Triceps Pushdown (4 sets of 10)
Overhead Bar Press (4 sets of 10)
Dips (3 sets of 10, 1 set until exhaustion)
Cardio (30 minutes to keep the fat burning)
Day 2 and 5 (same crunch routine, except back raise instead)
Cardio (15 minute warm up)
Machine Leg Press (4 sets of 10)
Calf Raise (4 sets of 10)
Machine Leg Curl (4 sets of 10)
Machine Leg Extension (4 sets of 10)
Inner Thigh (4 sets of 10)
Outer Thigh (4 sets of 10)
Lat Pulldown (4 sets of 10)
Cable Seated Low Row (4 sets of 10)
Barbell Bent-Over Row (4 sets of 10)
Bicep Curls (4 sets of 10)
Cardio (30 minutes to keep the fat burning)

Chinups (6 sets of 6)
Cable Straight Arm Pulldown (4 sets of 10)
Shrug (6 sets of 8)
Dumbell Lateral Raise (3 sets of 15)
Cable Crossover (3 sets of 12)
Bicep Curls (3 sets of 15)
Bench Press (3 sets of 10)
Cardio (30 minutes to keep the fat burning)
Day 2 and 5
Cardio (15 minute warm up)
Same back raise routine between each exercise
T-Bar Bent-Over Row (4 sets of 8)
Dead Lift (4 sets of 6)
Cable Seated Low-Row (4 sets of 12)
One-Arm Row (6 sets of 8, 3 sets per side)
Machine Leg Press (3 sets of 10)
Calf Raise (3 sets of 10)
Barbell Squat (3 sets of 15)
Machine Leg Curl (3 sets of 15)
Dumbbell Shoulder Press (3 set of 8)
Cardio (30 minutes to keep the fat burning)
Keeps my muscles from adapting like they had, combined with the recommended products here I've noticed I can handle my workouts better, muscles recover quicker, and i have wayyyy more energy/stamina. It's also tightening up my loose skin from dropping a good 150 pounds, albiet slower than I'd like it too.

this is me 100 percent... I have always only concerned myself with getting stronger... sure sometimes I did the whole diet while I work out and it worked somewhat... Id lose 20-30lbs but at the same time my lifting suffered big time...this is the first time in over 10yrs (yes I know pathetic) I am adding cardio to my routine... the first week kicked my ass big time but I'm already starting to feel better... I never want to be ripped or thin... I love how power lifters/strongmen are built I just realize watching these shows like "I used to be fat" that if these people can lose 80-100lbs in 100 days why shouldn't I be able to lose 20-40lbs and keep it off in a few months... I guess motivation is my biggest setback... once I reach my goals I start slacking off or feeling good and decide to go out to the bar and over do it and feel like shit for a day or two afterward thus blowing off working out those days...

I haven't done deadlifts in a long time, I used to lift with two guys obssessed with them and did 450ish 500ish back then.
I just ate a cookie by the way, my workout routine lately has just been 30 mins of cardio.

not that I'm anywhere close but I would much rather look like this...
then
and CKY its not like I aspire to be strong and fat lol... I was 250lbs in HS and I looked all lengthy and gross (in my opinion) now Ive gained a lot since HS being lazy and not lifting for years at a time with a little in between... my goal is to get down to 265lbs and stay there while being as strong as I am now if not stronger
