I'm sure it'll happen eventually. Florida is basically WWE's 2nd home now. The Performance Center is only an hour or so away from Tampa, half the wrestlers already live there, and if they ever do a physical HOF, it'll probably end up there also. Pretty sure Florida is going to get WM in various cities every few years from now on.

Tampa’s pro stadium seats 65,890.

Doak seats 79,560.
Ben Hill Griffin in Gainesville seats 91,916.

Ain’t shit here or in Gainesville though. I believe the biggest crowd to this point was the FSU vs Oklahoma game. This city wouldn’t be able to handle the traffic.

I guess the WM Planning board looks for how people can get to said venue and the available hotels as well as city amenities for other events. Axxess, HOF, etc.

What else does Tampa have as a tourist destination besides the Clark family?

Only 3hr drive from here to Tampa.
Busch Gardens, Busch Brewery, and the Tampa Zoo that’s about it.

Orlando is only an hour and a half from Tampa. There’s the other theme parks and what to do’s there.
