I am about to get a new gaming system soon. I've always owned playstation. I've got a wii u in a box somewhere also. What should I get? I've got a giant 4k TV if that makes any difference. I just want opinions on what to get and why from people who play games a lot.

For consoles, the PS4 is still pretty damn good. The Nintendo Switch is shaping up nicely. XB1 S is a waste of money, wait for the PS4 Pro.
Cheaper overall for a gaming PC.

PS4 pro is legit. The new patch makes most games run smooth af. A wide variety of games.
Switch hitting soon, shaping up to be excellent, looks like it is gonna be like the ps3, a Japanese pover house, but less good for Western games.
