Jets cut cromartie after 1 year of a 4 year deal

Cromartie was getting paid way too much for how he plays now, he's still a good legit #2 out there though. I wouldn't mind him playing for Carolina if he took less pay, he's gonna need that cash for child support anyways.

He's already milked the Falcons for enough money, im sure he'd take a pay cut to play for a playoff contender/ championship contender.

Sad part about the patriots, he'd be your #1 coming in LOLz

Wow that retirement speech was harder to get through than I thought it would be.

Very happy for Peyton and enjoyed the last 18 years of watching him. One of a kind.

DeMarco Murray to the Titans

Good move by both; especially if Titans can fix their oline in the draft.

All signs are pointing to Kaep going to Denver.

At least DT wont have to worry about putting the ball in the dirt constantly next year since that's where all of the passes will be going anyway.

Denver is smart they sign Fitz and draft a QB

How do you figure? Money wise, sure it's a good move but going to a team with no offensive identity, problems in the secondary and no rapport with anyone on the team just feels like he's taking a step backwards. In Denver, we already know what kind of team is around him and given a full off-season of being in control of the offense could have worked to his advamtage.

Its 50/50 whether he comes in solid or ends up being a bust.. with the way Denvers players are dropping off like flies.. going to Houston isn't a bad choice, he has a good target in deandre Hopkins.. their defense is slowly getting better and if you're going to have a 50/50 chance of being a legit starter in the league or not, you might as well take your highest value at the time..

Should a team give a guy that much guaranteed money for how much hes actually played? no, so that's why he's smart to take it.
