Sheamus can run some matches with Bryan, Orton, Del Rio, Mark Henry anyone really. I like Sheamus.

Punk I believe will be trading matches with Jericho, Cena, maybe Orton. The E can't keep putting the belt on Cena.

I think we may end up with Punk vs Batista match. They're in Washington DC later this year and I wouldn't be shocked if he came back.

Anyway, you're basically booking a fantasy PPV at this point. No telling who will even be in the company around that time. So obviously, I'd love a Bryan/Punk iron man match, but no way in hell do I see it ever happening.

Think about it from a WWE Business point. They usually have a 1/3/5 year plan... And we know they have a 30/60/90 tentative plan.

Cena is our "Hogan". The WWE Network launch will thrust him into our face more than ever. They'll have him host a program, guaranteed.

In the same sense a Cena "heel" is imminent. We haven't had a big stable in awhile. Not since Legacy. Straight Edge Society and Nexus, while awesome, flopped because you can't have the figure head be a straight edge drug free person and character leading HGH Mongoloids. That and Nexus wasn't scripted right.

I genuinely believe if I were given the chance to write a creative plan, they'd hire me on, and I'd be the best writer they've ever had. I've looked into it and the requirements are out of reach for the moment.

I like the idea of Punk and Danial Bryan doing a 60 minute iron man match, we havent had enough of those in recent history.

Vince McMahon maybe insane but he's a business man. He's got a Brand. WWE isn't a wrestling company anymore. He's an Entertainment pioneer.

Also, no matter how good you think your ideas are, and I'm sure they're great, you don't have free reign there. Vince has the final say. It's not like there aren't talented writers or wrestlers there who know how to book a good storyline. The whole company is full of them. But just look at the shit that has been on TV for the majority of the last 10 years. No matter how good your idea is, Vince will shoot it down so he can stick with what he likes.

Basically, just getting hired and having great ideas doesn't mean dick when someone as out of touch as Vince has the final say.

any time i have faith in WWE/Vince McMahon, i can point to that moment as the day pro wrestling died. In its place, the "entertainment" part of the new name has yet to be met.

Vince will never step down as long as he's physically able to do the job. Until he becomes so mentally incapacitated that he can't function anymore, Vince will be in charge until he dies.

Taker/Sting and ESPECIALLY Taker/Lesner would be utter shitfests IMO....

I disagree on the last one. He's a big dude, but people forget how actually talented of a wrestler Lesnar is. That dude had some absolute classics while he was in WWE, especially with Kurt Angle. That dude can go.

we would all still mark out for it like little girls at a Justin bieber concert though. the first time, nostalgia would carry it. we would look back less than fondly but still.

one of my biggest mark out moments i can remember was one of his matches with taker, biker chain match or something like that, where taker put him in a triangle hold and brock got his feet under him, and straight dead lifted taker up and power bombed him out of it
