so two things are being grumbled a little bit that i would like input from you guys on.

first one is the expansion to 34 teams by adding two l.a. teams. now, im all for extra teams, the more the merrier but adding one team to each conference throws the balance off and there will be two divisions with five teams. i say, expand it by eight teams!

second, there is consideration of doing away completely with the probowl because, lets be honest, absolutely no gives a shit. not the fans, not the players. im for it. while we are at it, can we move the superbowl back to only one week after the conference championship games?

What about the biggest one: Where will Peyton Manning be next season?

I would be worried more if he wasn't Peyton Manning. I still think he has 2-3 franchise years left in him.

It could go either way on the Peyton thing, but I think in the long run he retires, the last thing I would want to do with my superbowl ring and all my cash from building that colts franchise, is go to the Jets and fuck my shit up for life during a losing season.

I think Peyton retires. It's pretty clear they want to move on in Indy and I don't think he really has anything to prove. He should just ride off into the sunset and let Eli have his time. Why risk going to another team and risk permanent damage for a season or two? It's not like he needs the money or fame.

That's what I would like to see. I wouldn't mind seeing him still involved with the Colts post-retirement but then again would you really wanna work for Irsay after everything he has done to undermine him?

Ultimately I think he retires. I think in his heart he wants another ring (which player doesn't?) but is it worth the risk? No. He has a family and needs to prepare for life outside of the NFL. IF, and I think its a big IF, he doesn't retire... I could see a team like the Redskins just throwing oodles of money at him to get him to come for a year or two. I'm not sure any teams would interest Manning though. I think Peyton would want to go to a team like Baltimore/Pittsburgh/Jets because they already have established defenses and would really just need Peyton to control the offense and not LOSE games. We will see though, should be an interesting offseason for Manning.

How in the fuck do you fire the GM and his son who drafted Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne, Dwight Freeney, Dallas Clark, Bob Sanders, Robert Mathis, helped to build a brand new stadium in the city that just garnered the Super Bowl and before getting there helped shape the god damn Buffalo Bills into a team that went to 4 straight Super Bowls?
