That's the rumor. WWE trademarked the name at the end of December and a video got leaked then pulled down today. Here is the info:

Yay. It's going to be a money pit. It's the only reason this game would launch without CM Punk, Triple H, and Sheamus. Every month we'll be able to pay more to download wrestlers that should have been there at launch and by the time we're done we could have bought a real game! Good times!

edit-I can't bitch too much. I'll mark out for it :/

I just got this like 15 minutes ago. $2.99 for iPhone, plus I paid the extra $.99 for the first download pack. Only played twice so far, but it's okay I guess. Plays pretty much like the old game. The graphics aren't pixelish like the old game, they look more like Flash art or something. Anyway, not great, but for three bucks it's a decent time killer.

I would totally get this if it hit for XBOXLive

Thankfully, we'll be getting it on the console somewhere down the line, this year.

There's a brand new WWE game out from THQ, and both companies have hopes for the launch, we have learned.
