RE: Ever play a booking simulator?
go to http://www.greydogsoftware.com and download TEW 2005. It's free.

I personally play TEW 2010 (Yeah, I paid for it) and I love it... The only shitty part is once he started charging, he couldn't use real world Data any more, but there are a lot of people right now making Real World Updates.

Yeah you had to do similar for fire pro. I literally spent a whole day editing the roster so the hundreds of wrestlers in that game had their real name and info. I mean I knew who they all were already but liked it to be real.

RE: Ever play a booking simulator?
I had to fire Brian Kendrick for failing 2 drug tests in a row... Then he died mysteriously in the game like 6 months later... Poor little cokehead.

The thing I like about TEW2010 is it tells you if they failed for pot or hard drugs, Kendrick failed twice for hard drugs.

Motherfucker. lol

Yeah, taking over a small company and trying to make it huge is always fun and challenging.

You have the same attitude as Dixie Carter...only difference is you don't have 1/100th of her bankroll and you actually know at least two things about wrestling.

Lol, yeah. I tried to take over TNA with my last game, and honestly, that roster is such a fuckin clusterfuck that it isn't even funny.

RE: Ever play a booking simulator?
i started a new game a month n a half ago or so, and im kicking ass. I got TNA and pretty much re-stacked the roster, got them up to a global position and right on WWE's ass. Tag Champs are Abyss & Rhino, TV champ is El Generico, World Champ is Kevin Steen but Dean Ambrose will be taking that soon.

RE: Ever play a booking simulator?
Well, in TEW 2010, you can start one of two ways: Pick a company and start from there, or create a user character and then go through the applying for a job process...

Once you get a job (either way) you get to control your roster, schedule, and other business things.

When it comes to the day of a show, you book it (There are advanced booking features, and storylines, which depending on what kind of company you are working for, you will be punished for booking the show in a way other than how the fans want to see it (i.e. lots of storylines and angles for a big SE Fed (WWE/TNA) or too many for a more pure athletic style fed (ROH))

I was gonna try it, but it kinda pissed me off that the you have to input names, and go get pictures to load the fosters. Shit should come preloaded.

RE: Ever play a booking simulator?
you go with EWR peanut or TEW? either way, it seems complicated at first but once you get in the swing of things youll start understanding it more. I just started taking over as number 1 over WWE with TNA. monitor how over each person is when it comes to putting them as midcarder, upper midcard, main event. 70-80 midcard, 80-90 upper, 90-100 main event. The two things i look most for in hiring ppl is their technical skill and charisma, and age- unless their established.
