Gaming Deals (Amazon Spring Sale)
Post up any deals or deal resources you might come across here. Be sure to include the date range, vendor, etc. if you post something.
Two good sites to check for good deals:
Digital downloads only, naturally:
http://www.deals4downloads.com
Dealzon covers a wider selection, both digital and physical:
http://dealzon.com/gaming
If you know of any more sites or come across more deals, post them up!
10-10-2011:
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (Digital Download) is $11.99 through Amazon. Lowest price it has ever been.

RE: Gaming Deals
Brink is $9.99 on Amazon right for both 360 and PS3
How was that game for anyone who actually played? Is it worth the $10?

20% off all games, all week.
AUTUM-NSALE-20PEC
I've been using GMG for months now and love them. Probably a good 65% of their games have to be activated on Steam so that even a bigger plus!

RE: Gaming Deals
Right now you can buy ANY game on OnLive for $1. This is for first-time buyers only. Looks like it does not apply to preorders though.
Some major games they have:
Deus Ex: HR (Augmented Edition even)
Tropico 4
Dirt 3
Orcs Must Die
FEAR 3
Red Faction Armageddon
Warhammer 40k: Space Marine
No reason for any of you to pass this up. Unless your internet sucks. This is a ridiculously good offer though, and a great excuse to see how all this streaming business works.

RE: Gaming Deals (First OnLive purchase for $1! Any game in their catalogue!)
Hard Reset is $14.99 on Green Man gaming. Can be activated through Steam.
Have any of you gone for the OnLive deal? $1 for a $50+ game! Cmon! I bought Dirt 3 yesterday, and today I see on Gamefly that's the next game it shipped out sonofabitch

RE: Gaming Deals (First OnLive purchase for $1! Any game in their catalogue!)
Steam Thanksgiving sale is currently a-raging, as I'm sure many of you already know. Post up if you see some especially good deals!
I bought Cave Story +, which isn't really part of the sale but it's available on Steam now, and I've never played it. So I needed that.
Anyways some highlights I've seen from day 1:
Portal 2 - $10
Duke Nukem Forever - $7
Orcs Must Die! - $4
I haven't really looked through the week's catalogue, cause most of the week sales end up being even cheaper during the dailies. Anyone found anything good that isn't on the daily sheet?

Re: Gaming Deals (Steam Thanksgiving Sale is on!)
Nothing I want at the moment, but I'm sure I'll have several new games come Monday. And I may even manage to play one or two before the year is out.

I was hoping they were gonna do the bundles like they did last year. Maybe they will have some for the daily deals today.

Got the DLC for Deus Ex: HR and Serious Sam HD 1, about 9 bucks total. I've been good this year and only bought shit I know I'm playing.

RE: Gaming Deals (Steam Thanksgiving Sale is on!)
I bought Critical Mass, Sequence, and Greed Corps for about $6 total. Then Cave Story, but that doesn't really count. Nothing too great this sale that I didn't already have really. My wallet is thankful.

Exactly! And my friend just gifted me Cave Story+ so... There really isn't anything I need to have right now. Only game I will most likely get when its really cheap is Serious Sam 3. But I'll finish beat the first one and then skip to the third.

RE: Gaming Deals (Steam Thanksgiving Sale is on!)
Holiday sale is on! Looks like there's a similar setup as the Summer sale. You get gifts for completing objectives. I can't look too much into it, but it says you either get a gift (which can be items or games, not sure what the limit is on that) or coal, which you can save up to be entered in to the contest. The grand prize is....every single game on Steam. LOL.
50 second prizes (top 10 on wishlist)
100 third prizes (top 5 on wishlist)
1000 fourth prizes (Valve complete pack)
GO FORTH AND DRAIN YOUR WALLETS.

RE: Gaming Deals (Steam Christmas Sale!)
Anyone gotten any decent coupons? I've gotten 4 so far and they are all completely pointless.
EYE 50% off
Valve game 50% off
L4D2 50% off
Multiwinia 50% off
Every one of these is currently on sale for that price (or more). And you can't use the coupons until January, after the sale is over.
Soooooo you could buy one of the games now with no coupon / effort required at the same price (or better), or wait till January and use the stupid coupon. Wtf. I wish I could trade these in for contest entries!
There is a pretty beefy list of games that you can win though. You randomly either get a coupon, a game, a piece of coal (ie a contest entry), or possibly something else (hatte?). I would assume the majority of gifts are going to contain useless coupons, though.

RE: Gaming Deals (Steam Christmas Sale!)
I know someone won Skyrim. I got a 25% off coupon. Unfortunately money is rough right now so I can't purchase the games to try for more gifts. Can you trade these coupons to other people? If so, I have a 25% off a valve game coupon I will probably never use.

RE: Gaming Deals (Steam Christmas Sale!)
Having never played Psychonauts on the PC, I was really surprised by how nice it looks. Everything is very smooth and crisp (after some initial adjusting of course). Totally recommend picking this up if you're A) like me and played the shit out of it on the Xbox, or B) if you've never played it.
It holds up really well. The cutscenes are pretty ugly, but that's a minor complaint. $2.50, you can't beat that shit dawgs. Easily on my top-10-of-all-time list.

I bought Psychonauts on your recommendation, I played it for the Holiday achievement so far and I really dig it. I keep getting coal or coupons. I won Bunch Of Heroes as well.
